The rule

Thirty days from the day it arrives, unused, in the original box. You cover the return shipping, and we refund the purchase in full once it reaches us.

Arrived damaged

Email cody@happydale.net with a photo within seven days of delivery and we will replace it. No need to send the damaged one back unless we ask.

Requested mountains

A mountain built on request is printed for you after you approve the preview. The same thirty-day rule applies.

How to start one

Email cody@happydale.net with your order number. We reply with the return address.
